Speaker: Marco Ruiz, Business Counselor
Marco R. Ruiz joined the University of Houston’s Fort Bend Small Business Development Center in February of 2008 with the sole purpose to promote economic development in the Rosenberg-Richmond area through community involvement and a hand on approach in the areas including but not limited to marketing, cash flow management and business development. With 14 years progressive experience in the Capital and Equity Markets, Mr. Ruiz has managed clients with small businesses, municipalities and school districts. This experience has allowed him to provide many of his past and current clients a comprehensive understanding of the business cycles which ranges from operational, management and a marketing aspect. Lastly, Mr. Ruiz holds a Bachelorette of Science - Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
