Maxine Seiler - is the 2008-2009 Treasurer of
LORREN and a businesswoman in Richmond, TX. She is the
founder and Executive Director of Family to Family
Adoptions, Inc., a non-profit full service adoption agency.
Maxine is a clinical social worker and feels a great deal
of fulfillment from being able to help infertile couples
create their family through adoption as well as help young
women facing an unplanned pregnancy turn their tragedy into
a win-win situation for all concerned.Maxine is the grandmother of an adopted granddaughter who is the ‘apple of her eye’. She lives in Rosenberg Texas

the Executive branch of the energy business for many years. Twelve years ago she and her husband moved from San Antonio to Houston

and Custom Cabinets are our specialty. A long time resident of Fort Bend County, Cherie promotes Marcelino Vasquez Woodworks as a member
of several organizations including ABWA’s LORREN and SWAPEN. A member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Cherie also enjoys serving

Leslie Ferdinand - was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. She majored in Pre-Pharmacy after graduating from John F. Kennedy, Sr. High School. Due to health reasons, she dropped out and began writing romance novels together with her mother under the name Christine Holden. Together, they have penned a dozen novels, five of which have been published by Berkley/Jove, a division of Penguin Putnam. As a resident of Rosenberg, TX, she continues to write romance novels. She is now the Founder, Publisher and Editor-In Chief of Inside Rose-Rich Magazine. The magazine celebrates the Twin Cities of the Gulf South. To date it is the only magazine in the area focusing exclusively on the citizens of Rosenberg-Richmond! While she considers every day a blessing, the month of August holds an extra special place in her heart. Besides being born, engaged, married and divorced, she gave birth to two of her three daughters, her first novel was released, her third and fourth novels were purchased by Berkley, and luckily fled Hurricane Katrina back in 2005.Inside Rose-Rich Magazine
